Hello Iron Fans,
Last week we had another first. We had an Iron MAN of the game with a twist. He has 2 Iron KID’S of his own!!! Lots of 27 year olds who have a 5 year old and a 1 year old, so what is the twist? Jacob had a heart transplant in 1999 when he was 17, and since then, he has been married and has 2 Iron Kid’s of his very own! There are not many heart transplant patients that go on to have children, so when someone does, I consider them Iron Kid of the Game worthy, even if their Kid years are behind them.
Jacob and his 2 little ones had a great time at the game. Little Sammy (his 5 year old) made a new friend with the kind gentlemen sitting in front of them. He even got a football from the man when a ball went into the stands.
